Step 1: Choose your composition for the real estate twilight photography
First of all, you need to prepare for the property and then choose the best angle for the best composition. It is very important to choose the right composition for the best twilight photos. Due the experience, professional photographers can realize that some homes will look amazing when shot with a 1-point composition. Other homes, base on their landscaping or architectural design, will look better when shot from an angle.
Then you should test with some angles and composition as long as it can showcase the most beautiful features of the property. Normally, photographers usually get the front door clearly visible. And it is often the subject of the front face of the home. However, larger homes may not feature the front door as prominently as say, a picture window should be chosen instead.
Many photographers choose to shoot straight to avoid the distortion in your verticals in the resulting image. Or you can wait 10 minutes after sunset for the best images when the ambient light matches the interior lights of the house.
